We need to change the mindset around dreading certain days of the week, not just Monday's. There is so much negativity toward certain days of the week and it is a mindset that translates into your everyday life both professionally and personally. Understanding why you are dreading it is necessary in order to make positive changes. Implement positivity into those days and fix the part that you dread so much.
